Shipping Process:

Order Processing:

All orders are subject to order processing which is the time between the order being placed and when the order is shipped out.

Order processing time: 1-2 business days average.

*Please note that the order processing time may take longer in the case of very high demand. In this case, it may take approximately 3-5 business days to process. Rest assured that we are always doing our best to process your order as quickly as possible.

*Most orders arrive within 7-21 business days.

In the rare case that you have not received your items within the typical time frame please allow up to 30 business days for your order to arrive as uncontrollable circumstances such as weather and holidays can cause delays.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order anytime within 24 hours of it being placed. If it has been more than 24 hours your order may have already been shipped and cancellation is not possible at this point.

Will my items be sent in one package?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?

If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking (when possible, dependent on your country/items ordered).

What about customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
